Would I need the strut mount gasket?

Just got in contact with IE and they are out of stock for a week. I have heard if I drive on back RSM's that I can crack the body. Is this true and if so are these the GC one's?
Also, I see that they have different stem diameters. I am going to get the KW setup so should I just stick to the 10mm?Comment

I'm happy with the IE's - very well made. I put them one as part of an entire suspension upgrade/overhaul, so i really have no way to tell you what difference they specifically made...other than piece of mind that they will probably never fail!Aaron

Those IE mounts look bulletproof! You'd have to total your car to destroy them! lol- Sean HayesComment

Finally recieved my RSM's from IE and they WOW me by how much better they are built compared to stock.
One question, Which size washer goes toward the back? There are two sized washers, big and small diameter, and I don't know which one faces which way. I don't really understand why there are two different size washers but I know that it goes...
Main piece (mount), CAR, second bracket, small washers, other washers (different sizes??), nuts.
Is this the right order? If someone has a pic of IE RSM's from the top please share.
ThanksLast edited by Mastrcruse; 07-07-2006, 06:22 PM.Comment

The order should be:
Main mount
Thin paper seal thingy
CAR
thin metal bracket
washers
smaller washer to keep nuts from sinking in the bigger washers holes
nutsAaron

Got any more pics of your car?
PS - I might have to save up and get the IE RSM's as they seem to be a hit!Comment
