Eibach Pro Kit or H & R Sports?

i think imma go with the H&R Billy Setup.............

Well I had the Eibach's and Billies already on one. So I put H&R Sports and Billies on the other one. The pro kit feels rougher and they sit at the same height. Maybe its cause the pro kit was new and the H&Rs were used? Input?!
