bilstein sport shocks....

    bilstein sport shocks....

    compared to what i have now. which is tokico gas shocks. how are the bilstein sport shocks? handles way better? or any better?

      how about tokico illuminas? the adjustables?? i think there cheaper than the bilstein? anybody want to compare?

        I've used both and although the tokico's can be dialed into a more stiff setting than the bilsteins, they won't last. You should really think about what you're going to do with them - if its simply street driving, I'd go Bilstein. If its track, I'd probably still do Bilstein. If you're willing to spend a few more bucks, go to Koni Sports. I run these now and wouldn't use anything else, at least off-the-shelf.

          alright thanks...well i daily drive my car but run up and down hills all the time with my friends so you still think bilstein?

            you could go konis but thats just if you want the adjustability. the bilsteins will handle your spirited driving just fine physically but if you like a dif feel then konis

              any cheap places to get the konis? i know there not cheap but im just looking to get the rears for now....

                    You can go to my site too :). I'd stick with Bilsteins based on what you're using these for.

                        God I had non adjustable tokico's on may car and that was a waste of money. I think I had to replace 3 of them at different times because they leaked. I have the Bilstein sports now and they are awesome very durable.
