I bought a set of megan racing coilovers about a year ago and have been running them since. I daily the car so I only do spiritited mountain driving and no track time but I would like to get the car to both CCA driving schools next year. What I have noticed is that the car under steers like hell when turning hard into the corners and I looked at my spring rates on the springs and they read out to be 10kg/mm (~559lb/in) rear and 12kg/mm (671lb/in) front. Now, I'm not an expert but I know that this is a good reason for my understeering issue. For those who daily their car and do some track days, what spring rates do you run and find comfortable? I am young so I can deal with stiff and bouncy suspension. Also for the rear what spring length is most common, 6"?
Thanks, Zack.
