which are taller front springs. vert or IX?

I'm wondering what spring is taller and the spring rates of either. Vert front springs vs Ix front springs. Thanks! I can't seem to find info

pretty sure they are really similar. ix height is mainly controlled by the different strut mounts & housings, not the length of the spring.
