No idea on the pivet thing. But the grease or w.e. Is like mud. Or something. I did not put any extra grease. They sell polyurethane bushing grease so that they won't squeak but I don't have any problems.

      bushings

      E30 gangsta,

so you didn't put any grease ?? How did you mount the control arms into the bushings, was that quite loose fit or tight ??

Anyway I think I may purchase them, since they seem the best option to me so far.

thanks for the photos again. will keep you informed.

      Cheers / Pierre

Bushings were pressed in. Any machine shop Will be able to press it in for you. The bushing fit in perfectly tight and snug. Best bushing for the buck. You'll love em.

          Well,

I am not worry about how to press them into the brackets. I have a press at home.
I was talking about the control arm shaft into the center hole of the bushing. How did you push them in ? did they just slip in with no grease or silicon ??

          Cheers / Pierre

              Hi E30 gangsta,

many thanks for all the infos.

I will probably get them, since they are Poly, look almost like original solid 96+ M3 bushings, and they are CHEAP !!

              cheers / Pierre

I have the urethane subframe bushings. A little large, had to trim down a bit (diameter). They are a bit taller so getting the bottom clamps that bolt to the bottom-frame are hard to get back on.

Great price, huge difference from warn out ones!!
