E46 Rack on Airbag car, help me make a new plate for column and boot

I will be putting my new E46 rack in soon and I need a new plate too secure the column and boot after I cutaway some of the firewall.

I cant fabricate it but I am hoping someone could. I dont have the dimensions of exactly what the plate is, but thinking someone on here does.
