    Shocks for H&R Race Springs/IE?

I know it's probably been repeatedly beaten to death, but what are your guy's best experiences running race springs with certain rear shocks?
KYB e30, mustang, camaro? Bilstein? Meyle?
Mainly just looking for a firm ride on the cheap.
    Thanks.

Firm, bordering on harsh: Bilstein Sport

      Hmm, anything under $200? ;)

Are the camaro or mustang ones a good, cheap option or naw? I read through the stickied thread and can't make my mind up...
      Thanks.

In my experience the konis can be both comfortable and smooth as well as bordering on harsh. The beauty is there is a knob so the user can decide.

If you want a firm ride on the cheap I heard that bar stock isn't expensive.

But seriously, you get what you pay for, and you need a damper that will control the oscillation of the spring or you will have a car that handles unpredictably.

For you, probably Konis, you can set them to full stiff and back them off when you get sick of it.

Keep looking for a used good set of bilstein HD or Sports, you might get lucky right at $200.
