Great thread. I'm about to buyt shocks and springs. I'm decided on the shocks - Bilstein sports, but spring's I'm not so sure. Common good choice is H&R sport (not race). aswell there's "Bilstein tuned suspension" aka BTS, but how does that compare to H&R ?

Aswell i found the guy on the internet, who *aparently* has several e30's and they have different springs and he was raving about eibach's

I'm looking for street spec suspension to upgrade my handling on the street. 1" drop would be nice, but I dont want to drop much more than that.

I already got nolethane busches on the back (subframe and trailing arm) and I'll be upgrading front busches to nolethane aswell soonish.

I think the Bilstein and Eibachs are rather close in spring rate, so the comfort should be good on both for street use. The H&R's are stiffer, but still proven great on both track and street. I don't think you could really go wrong with any, but perhaps the eibachs will keep it at the height you desire.

            Holy thread-back-from-the-grave Batman!
You do realize this thread is almost 7 years old? Half of r3v didn't have their license when this thread was started...
