    best repair ever!

So when i changed over my exhuast i noticed the rear sway bar was unhooked, well today i got off my lazy ass and hooked it back up.

All i can say is BEST REPAIR EVER!!! Now i can see why people love bmw handling, take a corner at 30mph no problem no body roll at all. So if you think your car is not amazing at handling when you first buy it make sure the rear sway bar is hooked up. And i can also accelerate faster around a corner because of the low amount of body roll.

Sorry for any in proper english, but i am way excited to go drive it now, now if only the gas price would drop

Sway bars do make a difference. I put one in the front of a 67 Dodge Coronet i had, it was like a night and day difference.

yea i think sway bars are up top on list of fun additions next to enough power to spin the back wheels and drift

Huh, maybe the previous owner raced the car. Isn't that common amongst racers to disconnect the rear bar for certain situations?

Easiest bang for the buck mod is a chip. Easiest way to tell if you are chipped is run the thing until it hits the rev limiter...if it is over redline, you are chipped.

These cars are slow (both a 325i and a 325e). It's hard to pull considerable distance on anybody when your running a 15.5+ 1/4 mile. If you lined up at 100 mph and you both got on it, you would see where the high power band of the 325i is useful, though. Your car may creep up to 115, where the 325i will probably pull good to 130 or so, as long as it's in decent shape.

His "is" is chipped and really is not a slug, and i know the chip is next on my list after window tint and front air dam. Also i still think given enough time the eta could pull 140 and he has been at 140 in his car. But it's only from 35-85 mph do i actually keep up with him
