yeah, lower and softer, but don't think that means any suspect extreme..
for example, imo sports would be too soft.
and this is just the front i'm worried about. I might end up trying different front and rear springs. Not sure yet.
I'll try to hunt down some eibach e30 pics though.Comment

i dont think you can get a smoother ride from the hr race and bilstein sport combo for the money. out of all the cars ive owned this is the smoothest most subtle ride you can ask for in sport suspension. i literally just slapped these on last night, and the car feels like it was meant to have these from the factory, minus the shorter stroke in the suspension. i cannot really imagine spending money on softer springs to be honest.95 Integra GS-R 4dr

This is Dave's old car on race's. Stock tire size 195 65 14, spring pads installed, H&R race, bilstein sports, i presume stock bars.
If you buy the IE3's, then it very well may have reverse rake, but it wouldn't change any worse with the top up or down. It just doesn't weigh enough.Comment

stiffness is all relative and a matter of opinion. I love my setup, but its way too stiff for 95% of people. ride/drive in a car that is setup like you think you want, and that will tell you.
-edit-
I have h&r races, but they are my softer setup, the ones I currently run are group n coils with 640 fronts, and 800 rears.PNW Crew
