"Steelies" are 17" spares from the E46 and they are actually aluminum .Comment

And the spoiler, lip and pods all went with the car when sold. I was talking about functional things, like diff, 13 obc, power sunroof, seats, suspension etc.
And the aluminum spare for the e46 that you speak of is actually only 3.5"/4" wide. These are steel.

You cannot go too low with the Bilsteins or else you will be ridding on the bump stops. The Bilstein struts use internal bump stops, and don't allow for very much travel when you are running very low.
