I have several pictures in my inbox that are exactly from people buying used GC plates for Konis and putting them on Bilsteins, and they look exactly like that because the bearings get pinched.

I believe this is what is described in post #20.

If I got two people mixed up, then I apologize.

My email was rwh11385 at hotmail, and you had said

"I strongly suspect that your car had
Bilsteins installed on Koni camber plates."

I replied back that no, they were in fact Konis and I was sure of it.

It's fine if you are troubled by people incorrectly installing parts, but don't tell other people that a customer is misusing them when they are installed as directed and used properly...

Are you talking about those highly technical "drawings" that come with the kit?

        Since 9/11/08 I have answered 7611 emails.

I sincerely apologize again for not recognizing "rwh11385" and Robert Heeter as the same person, and as a guy with Konis.

I don't understand your efforts to introduce hostility. If there is something I am missing, you can email me.

I handle a lot of emails too. If I am not sure of what exactly has happened with a client before, I don't claim that they are wrong to others.

Funny you don't recognize the picture but have no problem in saying as a fact that they were used with Bilsteins.

I don't expect you to memorize every customer transaction ever, but I don't appreciate a falsehood being stated as fact.

            Never did.

            Not gonna bite.

I don't have time to argue what I really think you should be seeing a simple misperception.

Where does "strongly suspect" constitute fact?

              He's apologized and you continue?

When you ordered new bearings were you treated badly or somethin'?

Its just like fitting a 325e head on a 325is motor. You can physically do it, but it was never intended to work that way.
My bad for being offended when a vendor tries to skirt blame of product failure to the customer while insulting their ability to buy the right parts.

Not that I have issue with replacing reasonably affordable bearings after years of Chicago street and then track abuse, especially as Walter Ford at Valley Motorwerks is friendly and helpful, and picks up his phone. So no, I had a wonderful experience ordering the bearings.
