Coils are used for ride height adjustment by default. Their original application is for adjusted travel/spring length and to corner balance.

I think I read somewheres (like r3v) that Vorshlag plates will drop another 1/2" off the front... people will say that is stupid and you should just get GC's. Not me though. Think about it... how often do people change the ride height once they have it set? Try the plates, as drop hats apparently suck ass and you just can't get good 60/40 springs like back in the day.

Disclaimer: I have never driven on Vorshlag's or Bekkers, etc. I just spend entirely too much time reading shit on this forum.

Just get a set of hats, and cut/weld it 3/8 to 1/2 inch deeper. Since the production drop hats are NLA.

I want to bring the front end of my car down a little more, is there any way to do it while keeping my IE III's? Can I do something like deeper spring hats?
Working...
