215/40z/r17/83H I have e30 m3 suspension so I keep the same et as with stock suspension. I think thats how it works. Its with the e36 M stuff you need a higher et (+40) I think. Thanks it doesnt matter if you keep the same style. I have a few other sets of wheels that I can use besides these.

well from what i have read about doing the M3 swap it makes your suspension a little wider, not by much though, so i think i will be ok. i ordered 15mm adapters for the front, and 20mm for the rear and 195/40's so i think it will work out just right due to the stretch im putting on the tires. But dont worry i'll be posting up some pics during the work, im gonna test fit them as soon as i get them. As i just got my GC's today and i pic up the style 5's 2morrow am.

I didnt wanna go with anyone other than Ground Control for the simple fact i paid 1525.00 for the full kit with front camber plates...that one hell of a deal for such quality stuff not to mention if i ever felt the need to put the car on the ground those coilovers could do it, and they are made with Koni adjustable so i can track it one day and tot my girl n kid around in it the next and them be comfy. But ya i'll keep ya up todate as to what prespires....i'll putting the GC's on saturday so by monday i'll ahve pics of the install. heres a little pic for ya of the setup i'm runnin...

Those are nice. My car is turning into a track car so thats why I am going with KW's. GC's should be good for what you are doing.

I figure do it once and do it right. KW's are more for track use then GC's are. How is your motor swap coming?

Umm. the m20 is out of my car. :D

I'm waiting on a couple parts and then I need to put in the e36 rack and modify the brake booster.

Then I need to figure out what the fuck I'm doing. :D

I wish I could get something better than GC's. They aren't bad though. "Do it once do it right" doesn't apply b/c you've already done suspension once. Nice try though. ;)

I'm curious about 17x8's ET0 wheels myself. Seems some major fender rolling would be in order. 20mm is less than an inch more track. Hmmmmmm

I looked into it a while back. Some stretch and some heavy fender rolling. Id pull it slightly if you can. Id camber in the fronts a tad too :)

All of that would definitely be needed.

tested fitted them a while back then sold them...lol they fit good with a perfect fender roll....pulling was not required but to gain that extra.5" drop then pulling would be in order.
