anything 4X100 is a direct fit for the e30, unless the center bore is different you're good to go. You may want to run a 15mm spacer up front and 20mm in the back for the close to flush fitment.

ok thanks i appreciate it. Without spacers will they rub? And should i not run 15mm alll the way around?

You will most likely need spacers and will definitely want them. I would do 20mm up front and 25mm in the rear. The rear needs a little more than the front to look flush.-tim

Correct.
If you want to use a stock height tire like the sizes mentioned above and don't want to roll your fenders, 16x7 ET25 with 225/45-16 is the biggest wheel and tire combination you can run without rubbing on the fenders or the front struts.
The wheels you are looking at are ET38. A 15mm spacer will get you to ET23 which should be fine. If your fenders are rolled, go 20mm to get the a bit more flush.
