                      Bright glow in the dark paint by Techno Glow for indoor and outdoor use. Multi purpose phosphorescent & UV acrylic paint with the longest glow.

                          Good point. But would it be bright enough to serve as an underglow?

                            well, good point. i guess it just depends on the strength of the paint. BUT for stuff to glow in the first place it needs to be out in the sun, and a skidplate is not going to be in the sun at all. so it might not work anyway.
