If we don't know the size and offset, we can't tell you if it will fit.
You can put just about any size lip on the barrel/center, which will affect the width and offset.
If you're trying to keep your fitment a secret, just PM Mystikal and ask for advice. he won't go blabbing your fitment to everyone or anything like that.

^ well size or offset wont matter as my question is only about whether a 7" barrel will fit the rear e30 m3 5 lug w/o spacers and w/o rubbing the strut.
you would need to post specs on your bbs faces. distance from the mounting face to the actual barrel mounting surface. with those measurements someone could tell you if they will fit. if you dont understand what i mean i could try and post a pic of the measurements you should get
like i said, the faces im running are the same size are RS 197 which have 6.5" barrel. all im asking is if i can fit an extra 0.5" in between there or not.

Size and offset always matter when your trying to fit a wheel with close clearances. All the BBS faces are different, depends on how they were made, and im pretty sure the people giving you advice dont know the exact specs of the 197's. In order for them to help you, we need the measurements of the bbs center. From where the center bolts to the hub, to where the center bolts to the inner barrel. Your best bet is to break out your ruler.
No one gives a shit about your wheel size/style/choice that you insist on keeping secret. If your smart enough to ask for help, but too dumb to listen and your wheels don't fit, your only hurting yourself.
