Hey Chris, how have you been? Not going to get them mounted anytime soon. ..sold the cabrio last week. Driving a E46 330Ci now..don't ask(still having post pardom depression ;-) ), but these wheels will be sold to some lucky enthusiast for the right price, just need to make my time/money back out of them. Had someone very interested but he hasn't got back to me in a couple of days. Other factor is I don't want to ship 'em for fear they'll get damaged or scratched.Originally posted by Chris E30 CabThey look great Alex.....I'm with the "get 'em mounted" crowd!!
Like a lot of projects for our babies, price cost wasn't a factor, but now since they aren't going to be used by me, I have too much money into them to lose it. Plus these are perhaps my favorite wheel style and they came out much better than expected. Shop said they'll never do that job again as it was so difficult to get right since these aren't two piece and the angles were so hard.Comment

 .....sold the cab, OUCH!!!! Enjoy the interim E46 ;) and good luck with selling the T-stars!
All is good here.....I'm off to pick up my 3pc Hartges today or tomorrow, but still don't have the parts for the 5 lug swap. The pressure is mounting from my wife to sell the cab so we can get a 4dr (2nd child is due in May). Wish there were E28's available but there are probably 5 still on the road over here, so we'll probably get an E34 :( If this happens it will be a 520i and then I'll be sourcing an S50 (non-US version) and manual gearbox for it real quick ;)

Thanks and congrats on your second baby(not counting the cab)!. As far as the wheels, I don't see them being too hard to sell. You know how long I looked for these and how long it took to get done. These are truely a one of a kind set and any E30 enthusiast knows you're not likely to come across something like this again for a long time. I just want them sold so that I can put toward my new SSR GT3s 18"s for the E46. Just got it less than a month and already close to spending $2K (- wheels) on mods. Somethings never change.Originally posted by Chris E30 Cab:shock: .....sold the cab, OUCH!!!! Enjoy the interim E46 ;) and good luck with selling the T-stars!

Re: my M5 Throwing Stars replicas done!
BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!Originally posted by ACS325icHad them completely trued, curb rash fixed and the front lettering/numbering taken off the faces. Chemical stripped before powdercoating a silver metallic center then followed up with a powdercoated clear. Finished off with a triple polish of the lips for a mirror finish. Whatcha guys think? Only been 3 months for them to get finished....

What size are they?Comment

Damn.. That makes me want to re-do mine again. I'd be willing to bet if I spend another dollar on mine though I'd be sleeping with them at night in the dog house!
