Spacers, where to buy?

I'm going with a smaller spacer for the rears, I bought mine from tunershop and they were shipped from Germany, shipping was very expensive, so I need to find a local place that sells 10mm hubcentric spacers with the centering rings on them, like this...

make a CAD model and have them machined. I was going to have Chris machine mine (model is ready to go) but he fell off the face of the earth.

He pm'd me finally about the new knobs coming soon, anyway, I wouldn't know where to begin with making a CAD model.
