does anyone have any pictures of 15' bottle cap wheels with the inside painted black and the lip silver? i was thinking of maybe painting mine. tell me how you think it would look on a white 89 325i

e30 bottlecaps never came in 15". Basketweaves were available here in europe and on ix's in a 15" I believe. -
To check wheel size look at the letters around the lug nuts. As for look, they look pretty decent, however I wouldn't waste my time on them. It will look good until the paint starts chipping (dependant upon layers of paint and clear). A simple search will probably bring up some picures.Comment

I'm considering doing that to my 'caps. And IMO, black cars with black wheels aren't for contrast; they're for the more "stealth" look, if you will.

well couldnt i just paint em again? or would i have to do more work to get the rest of the paint off that hasnt chipped then repaint them? do you know how envolved it is to paint em?Comment
