Need new tires for my bottle caps.

What size does everyone recommend? I was thinking 195/65/R14, but the tire selection is limited. Has anyone tried 185/70/R14?

I'm mainly looking for an all-season tire that has good traction year round. I'd like to keep it below 65 dollars a tire.
