And one is WORLDS more attractive than the other.
You do mean the Kyalamis, correct?
No, I don't. While they are both heavy, soft peices of shit, the Hock's are 100 times more attractive than the Kyalamis. Of course, this is just my opinion.
i would say the Kyalami's are more of a 'pretty' rim, while the Hock-R's look more ruff & tumble - .. the Hock-R's are on the discontinued section on the TSW site and u might pick them up a good price, but i would advise to buy an extra rim in case they get damaged

To each his own, for sure. Are you speaking strictly in reference to the pics? Or have you seen one/both in person?
Not that I have to worry about wheels any more... :D
I almost sold a kidney for those rims. Glad you stepped up and beat me to it ;) You won't be disappointed.
Of course, according to some people, now that there are what, 3 of you guys (Digitalwave, that blue cab, and now you) with t-stars, they're played out? :)

Yeah someone on the board has the hock-r's and can't find a replacement...hard to find from what I hear.
I've seen the Hock's in person on several cars, E30's and other. I don't like how the center caps of the Kyalamis conintue the shape of the spokes, maybe that's why I don't like them. I also don't like the "webbing" in between the base of the spokes, around the outside of the centercaps.

Buuuut BBS weaves and some of their others do that too....do you just not like it in general or on that wheel?
The centers on the Hocks look cheap IMO, but you've seen them in person, it may be a different story.
we have put many many days on our spec miata on vairous tracks and have yet to have a problem with TSW wheels.
And if they bend, they are so cheap to replace that it wouldn't be a problem at all.
I like the TSW's better in my opinion.

Nah, 'cuz there were three before...just changing hands, not adding any. Now if someone ELSE shows up with a set, pfff....old hat. ;)
I like the Kyalamis a lot better because they've got the cleaner edges and I like the way the arms of the web interact with the rim itself, and they just look better quality in general to me.
Wait, what's this thread about again? Oh. No, dude, no one has these rims, apparently.
