    Cheapest place for spacers

I wanna get some pretty thick spacers, 20/25 f/r. Is there any cheap places to pick some up? I know I'll also need lugs.

First off what rims are you running and what is the ET?

He does a great job and serves the r3v members. You will not be upset, and if you go cheap you will need hub rings to center the rims. Rob's spacers have them machined in to solve that issue.

I would go with racing studs:

Those are a good price too. Thanks dude.

What do you guys think would be a good size for spacing stock 14 inch weaves out?

I was thinking 20mm in the front and 25 in the back?

I would not space stock 14" weaves. Save the coin and spend the money on rims, that is my .2 cents.

40 front 50 rear is what Danny ment to say.

well 140 bucks compared to around 600-700 dollars is a hell of a lot cheaper. KAmotors spaced his bottlecaps and they looked ten times butter than stock.

Anyone know the stock offset of the 14 inch weaves?

Stock weaves are poop even poked IMO

I think that Danny is trying to make "somebody" understand how inaccurate his tech info is. Centering rings on 14" BMW BBS? Yeah, sure... :giggle:

40, 50mm spacers? Sure, if you want to go Mexican-style with tiny wire wire rims. HarryPotter, don't listen to this self-entitled expert. No wonder he fears his own e30

Most likely, from the original et30, you want to bring the wheels down to around et13. Therefore, a 15 to 20mm hubcentric spacer will do.

Brake harder. Go faster. No shit.

Never said I am an expert, I am building a set of BBS RS 3 pieces. So I have a good idea on fitting rims.

If you take the time to read the first post you will see that he did not list the rims he is running. And again if you take the time to read and notice that I mentioned the CB only once because I did not know what rims he was planning on.

Since the rims are listed and they will not need that much spacing he will be fine with egay ones.

40-50 was a joke, kinda funny that you could not make that out.

But with 20mm that is only a tiny bit more than 3/4 of an inch. There will be more than enough of the BMWs hub to line it up.
