Center cap question 14"

Just got a set of 14" mesh like wheels, there 6.5 wide, et 30, 4x100. I'm thinking the center caps I have, which fit perfectly and are the right design, are for the 5 lug version of this rim? The center caps look like BBS RS caps with the hex nut. I think the 14's used twist lock center caps, and these being they clip to the hub. And they would clip but come up short. Is there any way to madify these caps to make them work? or any good suggestions on where to get a cheap set? Or even better want to swap with me for the ones I have? They have no logo's, but those are cheap. caps themselves run $50+ new !!!

those sound like stock E30 weaves. as far as I know, there's no way to adapt 15" centercaps to the 14" wheels. everything about them is smaller.

the ones I have fit perfectly just do not clip... thinking about gorilla glue. lol
