There will only be hate in this thread for the exact same reason. Why bother with a wheel design in general if one makes it invisible?
This all day long. Why send countless dollars on a set of wheels and paint/powder coat/spraybomb them to blend into the pavement? To look custom? Even buying them new aint cutting it. What erks me even more is that most dont even wash their cars nor armor up the tires so what you have is wheels that are darker than the tire. EW!!! I could prolly count on one hand of how many cars that looked good with black wheels but in the end, it would have looked even better with them silver....even RS's!!!
Of course its all preference...but your doing it wrong if you do.
I aggree that intricate wheels painted black looks dumb. I really like the way the black steelies go with my red and black theme becuase the wheels are stupid simple looking. And I really dont like silver usually, looks so factory. I think a well done gunmetal job is the best looking color your can do for alot of cars.
Dude it can look right, just like any other wheel, it just takes the right combo. Everything you posted was nasty as shit with wheel gap for dayz. I'll agree that most of the time it looks bad, but not always.
