First, quit using WD-40 as anything but a water repellant. It really is useless as a penetrant.
PB Blaster is the shizz as a penetrant.
    Second, whack that fucker!
    Good luck,

Use a rubber mallet and hit the shit out of it.

Its really best if you just sit on your ass in front of the wheel/tire and put both feet on the tire, one on each side.

Then make alternation kicks with the bottom of your foot.

So you get underneath a car on a jackstand that you don't think will hold your car?

I wouldn't kick a car while someone was under it.

What about a rusty bolt or something that is stuck....what do you do then? If I couldn't shake the car (kick the tires) a little I wouldn't get under it.

lay a spare under the car that way if it does fall after you kick it, it falls on the wheel and not the ground directly.

PB Blaster works wonders, spray it on liberally and leave it overnight if needed.

like people have already said, hit the back of it with a rubber mallet or kick it.

i got it off finally last night and was able to put my rear rims on.

it wasnt stuck due to rust, b/c it easily seperated off the hub and spun freely. the part of the hub the sticks out (i have rear drums) was not perfectly round. i think when i had that side rear wheel bearing they must have warped it somehow.

But anyways i had to take my dremel out with a metal file bit and grind inside the bottle cap and just continued to yank on it and that resulted in me smaking myself in the face with my hand and a bottle cap rim

im guessing i can replace that cover on the drums and have a good round hub?
