    Hub centric rings

i got my new rims and they are ready to be put on, but the hubcentric rings are too small and wont fit on the hub. I have rear drums. Is it cool if i take my dremel to it and grind out some material until it fits right.

i took the rings out but it doesnt fit snug on the hub, is it true i can go without them in the rear without vibration?

uhm, no, and hell no. why don't you contact whoever you got the rims from and get the proper sized rings?
