yeah, it's pretty obvious to me, but apparently not to the guy who packaged them up at vulcantire.. they're pretty cool people though, the correct one is on the way and they are sending UPS to pick this one up tomorrow. :)

I was actually hoping they were completely out of 215s and would have to send me 3 more 615s, but alas that's not the case. the 615 is a little bit lighter but not that much. these will make a great beginner track tire though!

btw the rubber these things are made of reeks, my living room smells terrible.

LOL, when I saw it I was hoping for the same thing.

You're going to love those tires. And the wet performance will surprise the shit out of you.

it's unlikely that I'll ever drive them in the rain.. but if I ever do I hope they compliment the ix. :)

yeah all new tires stink, I just got new Pirelli Pzero Nero's and my garage smelled like rubber for over a week.

I've always wondered about Azenis, i know they are good for track, but what about DD uses?

I daily drove them last year, got about 12k miles or so including multiple auto-x events. Quiet, relatively stiff riding, no noticeable tramlining. I was very happy with them.

well all the other new tires I've had smelled "good". these things reek like dogshit though. :P

UPS picked up the RT-615 today.. hopefully I'll have my other 215 soon after I get my new headgasket on.
