14x6 ET38 - will it fit?

Any one know if I'll need to run spacers with wheels this size? Probably will run 195-65/14 on them.

they should fit, 14x6 bottlecaps are ET35, unless BMW is running less than 3mm clearance between the tires and the strut.

What car are those wheels off?

I tried fitting some VW bottle-caps (14x6 et38) on my 86 eta, and the back fits fine, but the caliper were in the way for the fronts.
