flares people, flares.
i think the wheels themselves are really cool looking. whether or not you get them set up the right way on your car with proper tires remains to be seen.
you don't need to pull your fenders or get flares if you choose wisely. a hard roll will suffice.Comment

Oz10: Thanks again, and even if they're "just" 8's, that thing looks great!
And yea, I love the look of these things. Was looking at the enkei 92, but the flat lips on the new re- issue ones look pretty bad to me. And trust me guys, Ive got a skidplate, wheels(waiting for tires) and GC coilovers sitting in the basement, just begging to be installed.Comment

Also, anybody got tire size suggestions? I was thinking 205/50R15. I need some stretch, but I still need to be able to auto-x, hill climb on em... Thanks in advance.Comment

tire size depends on how low you'll be. a good bet would be 195/50s if you'll be decently low.
you do a lot of hillclimbin' round balmer?Comment

Im going low as hell, but 195's are just too much stretch. Would run em if they were just street tires, but not track. And not yet haha, but there looks like some places to run in DC and a couple other places.
Thanks again for all the compliments! Just making me more impatient...Comment

You should have no problem with going low enough to do the 15s. I have the shortened GC kit with 15x7s et25 and 205/50/15s and can drop it to where I can't turn. I am at a comfortable height now with about a half an inch left.
205/50s would be good I think. You might have to run full camber on the front to fit and not have too much poke though. Backs will fit relatively easily with a flat roll and maybe a minor pull. A bunch of tire options too. You won't need flairs. Really interested to see how it turns out.

Just to give you an idea of the fitment on a 16 with same width and offset. Are Three Vee
