Are these wheels worth $400?

A buddy wants to sell these rims and I'm wondering if it's a good deal if I picked them up at $400.

BBS Style 5 that came off the 1995-2003 BMW 5 Series.

17x8 et20.
Chrome centers as well as polished lip.
Supposedly only one small ding on one of the lips.

Worth buying?

Dude it's a truly wonderful thing. You won't even believe what I just bought off of CL and for how much.

Lowballing is quite the art once you get good enough at it.
