Please cast your vote on the next wheels for my car.
I am actually a fan of Contours on the e30. The fat squared edged spokes match the body perfectly. But to be honest, both those wheels look pretty crappy on your car. They just don't go with what you've done IMO.
Have you considered CSL replicas? They're only about $200 a wheel brand new and light. Only downside is 18 might be the smallest diameter, but my god, they look so good.
But running a 245/35R18 is about the same diameter as a 245/40R17 all around which I don't think you could pull off up front. You'd be stuck with 225/35R18s up front, but honestly, since your car is only street driven, a staggered setup wouldn't be too bad for you.
Well, I guess if it were me, I'd buy the cheapest set of used 17's you can find until you get the money to buy the wheels you want.
CSL's look even better in person. My best friend's E36 has them, and they look amazing, especially rolling. But they are 24-25lbs a pop, which isn't really light I wouldn't say?

They do look amazing in person, but yea, I got the weight mixed up. I thought they were 21 lbs for 18x8.5. They're 24lbs for 18x8.5 and 24.4lbs for 18x9.5. Still, that's not bad at all. 17x8.5 OE M-Contours weigh 25lbs a peice and their an inch smaller in diameter. Plus, they're not even as much as I thought, only $699 for a set of 18x8.5s!!
CSL reps do look yummy. I might be rolling on a set of curbed up wasted Contours for a few weeks until my finances allow me to explore cool wheels.
Another big thing with my wheels as they need to be pretty open spoke. I like to regularly brush wash my rotors, calipers, lines, and struts etc. Also whats the point of having big brakes that no one can see

Found them in 18x8.5 ET40. That MIGHT fit, but I do not know for sure. I like them though. Pretty cheap as well.
They would look great on your car. The finish on them is awesome too. The spokes are open enough that they would look good with your big brakes. With stock, smaller brakes, it hides them because the hub area is large, but it would be a non-issue for you.

I have to agree with TJ on these as well.
AS for those who suggest M-parallels - I just never have understood why people like those.
