    Help identify my wheels!

I have no clue what these are and am trying to get some hub centric rings for them. Im not sure if they are 71 72 or 73 mm (using a tape measure)and don't have a caliper to measure them.

It would be nice to identify them considering I have never seen any others and people always ask about them. Here is a picture with details and more pictures with the markings on the back.

The markings on the back say the following. Refer to pictures.

    17x7.5 JJ
    et 40
    690 kg
    H222
    04/03 (in a circle)
    VIA
JWL or MC if looked at upside down

tilt your head to the right to see the MC and to the left to see JWL

Its pretty obvious what most of it means, but what about VIA, H222, or the logo looking JWL or MC?

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

Take one up to the local tire shop, they will be able to measure it for you.

"The JWL standard (Japan Light Alloy Wheel standard) is a set of requirements for alloy wheels set by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Japan) that must be met for all passenger cars in Japan. The JWL mark, cast or forged into the wheel, indicates that the wheel has been self-certified by its manufacturer to meet the standard. There is a related standard, JWL-T, for truck and bus wheels.
The Vehicle Inspection Association of Japan (VIA) independently tests wheels for JWL or JWL-T compliance. Wheels that have been tested will bear the VIA mark in addition to the JWL mark."
