    Hm,tire size question for a 318i...

Well,I have just a little over 3000miles on my rear tyres,so I need to replace my 185/65/15 with a new pair! :?
    .
Should I go for a pair of
195/60/15 (Speedometer Diff: 1.034% too fast & Diameter Diff: 1.03%)
    or a pair of
    205/55/15 (Speedometer Diff: 2.469% too fast & Diameter Diff: 2.42%) ?!?
Are the 205 ones an overkill for just 105bhp?
    Thanx for any replies...

205 for sure, just make sure you replace the front tires with the same size when they wear.

Didn't your car come with 195/60/14 stock though? 205/50 would actually be more fitting...

Νο,185/65/R15 was the factory tyres (actually it was R14 originally!) :?

So,205s on 15'' rims wouldnt drown my M10?!?
Most people around here tell me so and i m at a loss...

Yeah that's what I thought, M10s came with slightly smaller rolling diameters than other cars. 185/65/14 is a "size" smaller than every other stock E30. You'll want to 205/50/15 for sure, it won't be too much. Bill on here is running 225's on his M10, lovin' it. ;)

And thanks! Although you probably won't like the car much anymore, those rims are gone. 8)
