light rims that can stand up to street abuse?

what're some light (in weight) rims that can take the abuse of daily driving?

brand, name, and weight per wheel would be preferable

    Kosei K1s 15x7
    ET27 14.5lbs

Other sizes available.... I dont know their exact weights tho. They take my daily driving and track abuse. Put in a couple of potholes in there too.

Koseis are not immune. The spokes have been known to crack. It's a combo of your suspension, roads, tire profile and luck (IMO).
Typically, there's a trade off for every aspect and weight isn't exempt.
Just be careful and you should be ok.
I have Koseis in 15 x 7 (bangin on wood) with no issues to date.

The Koseis aren't really that strong viewed as a wheel in general, it's just the 15" size with the accompanying huge sidewall that helps it out. Larger sizes get a lot worse.

Check out the Team Dynamics Pro Race wheels also. Similar weights and sizes as the Koseis, known to be pretty solid on the track.

Personally, I like to run strong wheels on the street, even if they are a bit heavier. Bending wheels on crappy streets sucks.
