I had my weaves sandblasted/powdercoated "snow cat gray" but need to paint the plastic portion of the centercaps. I have the touch up paint for the wheels and want to do a goo job painti g them "snow cat gray" like the wheels or black. However, I fear that if I don't do a good enough job painting them, they will. Hip the first time I go to use my BBS centercap wrench. I have some primer intended for plastic and wondered if this would be enough for the paint to adhere for the long term. I have considered gluing felt to the innerds of the wrench to minimize impact on the paint. I have not seen much info on painting the plastic portion of the centercaps - Any advice would be appreciated.
