Best looking cheap wheels for my iS?

I love basketweaves, but I want at least 16s or 17s, what out there is good and relatively inexpensive? I know Ronal has a few nice ones, but I am trying to keep the cost low as possible. What are some good sources?

    Thanks, Steve Pingel

If Ronals are too expensive for you I think you are going to have a hard time buying anything.

Ronal's are cheap.... anything else out there as cheap?

What other suggestions do you guys have? I have the money, I just can't see putting a tremendous amout of money into rims, on an almost 20 year old car. I love my e30, but I am doing a budget resto on it, bot heavily modding it.

Go to www.tirerack.com they have Kosei K1 Racing and ASA JS1's for about $500 a set. Then add another $400 or so for tires mounted and balanced.

Why restore the thing if you don't want to put money into a 20 year old car?

Buy used. You can get some wicked deals. Go to vwvortex and search for mk2 wheels, its the same bolt pattern. Just watch out for offsets.

                    ASA JS1's aren't a bad way to go. Only $99 each from Tirerack.com, 16 x 7.
Clean, simple 5 spoke design. A bit on the heavy side, but they are nice.

Here they are on my car:

Are yours real? Are the copys any good. I think they look great. I think they would look even better if you polished the lip and painted the centers black.

Ryan's are real. No sense in ruining genuine Alpinas by painting them.
