    question about ix weaves

they will fit on my 88 325is? i know i most likely need spacers in the front but i dont see why the rears wont work. Anybody done this before?

    Thanks in advance

yes they fit. need spacers up front of course, and it's a good idea to get them for the rear as well to even it out.

3mm spacers to clear the front strut, nothing to mount on the rear.

Just don't do it for looks, it'll be ugly.

i dunno i'll see what i think about them if and when i mount them reason being i got them for cheap and i wanted a set of 15's for my car and these seemed to fit the bill. what spacers would you recommend getting? If i dont like them i can always sell them after

          I recommend 15mm H&R spacers and bolts.

Seriously, 15" ix weaves that just clear the inside of the car look horrible. I was going to do it for winter alone if anything.

what he said. they'll sit so far inside the fenders it will look goofy, a 15mm spacer is a minimum. also, they make awful winter wheels - most people with an ix switch to something else; they bend easily and the spokes fill up with snow, sending them out of balance.

damn looks like im gunna end up selling these........ that sucks

well in that case i'll be looking for some inexpensive wheels ...any suggestions? 15's preferably (nyc potholes forbid anything larger)

ASA's. See Tirerack. Ronals are also cheap, $500 for the set.

Cheaper than that, well, you get what you pay for.
