I haven't heard anything about them bending easliy just that they
are little on the heavy side.

yeah - I already know the weight of the ones I am looking at - more concerned with durability.

I did - they are on the way!!!!!!:p And these are not intended to replace them. The Alpinas are staying with me, unlike the t-stars.
