did you check and make sure that the rims are actually the problem? If you've only got a g to your name, you sure as hell should take the advice that's been given and figure out what the problem is.Comment

While it is possible for the wheels to get bent and rotate out of round, the chances of that are pretty low. The out of round that you see when you spin the wheel is much more likely to be out of round tires. Which would go a long way towards explaining the noise and vibration.
However, if non-hubcentric wheels are being used, the odds of the rims running true is pretty low and they could be the cause of the out of round condition.
Take the car to a good tire shop and have them check out the wheels/tires.The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.
