A general rule of thumb for buying wheels for any car is +2" on smallest stock wheel option. Period. Anything else will either look like a Donk or a Beaner-Truck that says "Lopez" on the back window

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

i've got 17s for my car on the way, i know they can look good.
i never bother with the +2 rule, i always stand by +3. Over here in Australia, the laws are tough, and it is legal to go +2. So that to me says its not good enough! Haha ;)
For example, my S13 came with 15s, i went up to 18" Works on it. My GS300 came with 16s, i went up to 19" Works on it. So my E30 came on 14s, 17s it is! It is harder to pull off though, but then if you do it right you end up looking slammed but not needing to be quite as low as the guys slammed on 16s.
