Ask Luigi and Guido they can help you out,There tires never get old.
Lighting McQueen won the pistoncup with them so they have to be sporty.

haha but for real OP, I've seen it done online before that if you buy some white letter tires and scrub away at the sidewalls it's all white underneath a thin layer of black so it can be 'made' into a whitewall tire.

A white wall tire is never "sporty". Look into red line or blue line tires from Coker.

all you are going to find are shitty bias ply replica tires for bone stock restorations of 1950s and 1960s cars.

those aren't white wall tyres i wouldn't think, you buy the white wall inserts off ebay for like $120. they are a rubber insert that gets installed between your rim and the tyre in the bead. so you can effectively add it to whatever tyre you just go by rim size

Those are white walls. They just bought a normal thin white wall tire and took a grinder and ground off the outer layer of black rubber to make a wide white wall. There is a video on youtube on how people do it.

Scroll down they have H, V and even W-rated whitewalls.
They vulcanize walls to name brand tires, so you're not running a shaved tire or a bias ply.

The trouble with shaving white walls is they often times come out looking oval shaped, the white insert isn't always perfectly round. I've heard that BFG's have too thin a sidewall to shave as well, but that's only hearsay
