When people calclulate tread percentage, do you calculate using the full tread depth (10/32" for a 10/32" tread tires) or 8/32" assuming most summer/all-season tires are said to be done at 2/32".
So 2/32" would be considered 0% or 0" considered 0%?
Same for winter tires, would 1/4" be considered 0% or 0"?
