    Can anyone tell me what kind of wheels these are?

    This is my friends car and would like to know what kind of wheels they are since he cant seem to find them anywhere.

                  That is really giving him the benefit of the doubt. This wheel was the most copied wheel back in the day. Remove the wheel and check for any ID marks if you really want to know but they look like reps to me. Even if they are original Antera or Borbets, (which I doubt because of the size), goodluck selling them.
