Style 10 Wheel Finish?

I'm trying to figure out the finish on style 10 wheels. Am I correct in believing that the center section/spokes are powder coated or is it painted? And the lips are machine finished with clear coat over everything?

This is an old thread, but I just bought some Style 10s and have the same question.

Can anyone with Style 10s verify that the correct finish is powder coated/painted spokes and polished (maybe also with clear coat) outer barrel and lip?
