Just recorded 2 videos with an actual camera on a tripod (not a cell phone). One of the inside of the fender, of the strut/spring moving, and the other of the top of the strut mount moving. And yeah I just realized when I inspected it that I'm missing a bolt on the strut mount, didn't see that before.

the shock insert seems to be flexing... i cant really see it due to the spring and the glare on the camera. the strut mount is bad, i can tell from the first video. but the second video makes me suspicious that the shock cartridge is broken. can you confirm?


took a second look, it looks quit broken.. the strut from top to bottom shouldnt flex at all.

also the three strut mount bolts should all be the same length, one is missing and one is broken off.

2 strut mounts and 2 shocks minimum is what i would do.

When I jack the car up off the ground and try to move the wheel, it doesn't budge. Does this mean anything significant?
