    Sportmaxx/XXR 002 16x8 - 195/45 vs 205/45?? Pictures??

Hey I am torn between 195/45 and 205/45, I've been trying to find pictures but I can't find anything.

Obviously this is all going to be very opinion based, I like a little stretch but I'm trying to find some pictures to see how much stretch I'd have with the two different tire sizes.

    Any pictures are greatly appreciated.

I think these are 205's, I need to see the 195's though

Check out www.tyrestretch.com, pictures of different size wheels and tires, so you can see how they look. But 205/45 on a 16x8 isn't much stretch at all.

I checked it out, I went with the 195s all around. It's hard to visualize on the car from that website, but I got really cheap tires so if I hate the look I can change it up later without feeling too bad.

I'll post pics when the wheels are mounted probably at the end of next week!

Shoulda gone with 205/45 imo. You're gonna have to be pretty slammed to make 195/45 look decent.

Oh yeah! Fortunately, the guy ran out of 195's so he's putting on 205's at no extra cost. Still waiting on the wheels to be delivered to him.

So at 0 offset and 205/45, will I be doing some decent pulling on the front fenders? Or will I have to worry about putting in a camber plate?

At 16x8 et0, you will be poking about 7mm more than I am and my 205's are stretched more on the 8.5's. So, you're going to have to definitely roll them flat and probably pull them a bit.

              Thanks for the help!

I'll see how rolling and pulling goes, worst case I'll keep it jacked up until I can grab some camber plates.

Fender roller then Phone book method works fine?

And my fenders are already fucked so I don't feel bad about this at all :finger:

                Wheels came in!!

                New wheels:

Doing some rolling/pulling (can pull with the roller.. no need for phonebook so far)

Car is still on jackstands as I'll be painting the wheels today. I didn't feel like taking it down just to put it back up again so I got a ride to work with my roommate... epitome of lazyness haha.

More pics tonight!! So far it's looking like they'll fit.. albeit with a good amount of poke. I love how meaty the 205's look though. Like a stancy meat, not racecar meat

So yeah if you're not slamming it, 205's are absolutely perfect!!

                  XXR 002 16x8 et0 were definitely designed for the e30 :D

Like a very nice meaty stance. Just a little roll and pull in front and a roll in back, no rubbing, just beauty
