Wheels, what type are they?

Are these wheels worth anything? Rare?

Never seen them before, they are ugly and small, doubt they are worth anything more than $100 or so.

Hey thanks, guys for the input, these wheels were on the car way back when I first got the car, they looked pretty good, of course 15,16" is the thing now.
