they have potential if you like them. some new hub center caps, in you can get some one to machine the inside lip of if you can sand it until you get down to the metal and then start with 000 steal wool, and then on to a polishing compound mothers then never dull and the lips will shine. i would then get the spokes powder coated in a vibrant color, and you might have something on your hands then.
